"My name is Alvino Bridger. I am 24 years old and I live in Delft. A few years ago I attended the Bettaway Learning Support Centre. The tutors were friendly and very helpful when it came to my schoolwork. I was provided with something to eat and drink on arrival, and I was also given stationary and access to a laptop, Wi-Fi and a printer to do research and complete tasks given to me at school. I am now studying hospitality at a tertiary institution. I am also a recipient of the Poverty Relief Fund which has truly helped me to assist my family in buying groceries and toiletries. I have also received helped with travelling fees to college, and I am one of the people who has received help in attaining my learner's license, driving lessons, and I have just passed my driver's license a few weeks ago."

"The Bettaway Learning Support Centre has been incredibly helpful for me who needs extra support in my schoolwork at times. It provides a structured environment where students receive help from tutors and peers. develop study skills, and stay on track with assignments. By attending BLSC, my academic performance has improved and I feel confident in my abilities. The Poverty Relief Fund has also been extremely helpful since many lost their jobs during the pandemic, such as my family. The food vouchers have really been a big help to us, and I have even received travelling fees to attend school daily." - Cameron Smith
